  1. I am planning to use Cursor for business purposes within my company. Would it be acceptable to use the Pro version instead of the Business version for this purpose?
  2. In order to proceed with the subscription payment through my company, we require a quotation. Is it possible to issue a quotation? If so, could you please guide me on how to request one?

I previously posted an inquiry here and was advised to email [email protected]. I sent an email on Wednesday, September 25th, but haven’t received a response yet. It’s been over a week, and I’m wondering if this is the typical response time or if there might have been an issue with my email.

I’ve been trying to reach out to the support team via [email protected], but it appears the email address isn’t functioning properly. I’ve sent multiple messages over the past week and still haven’t received any response. This lack of communication is indicative of subpar customer service.

I strongly recommend that the Cursor team work on improving their support response times to better assist users.
