I would love to see Claude’s new reasoning-model (3.7) being integrated with the agent inside of composer.

I use the latest version of Cursor from the website, Sonnet 3.7 is not available
Upd. It just showed up. Version: 0.45.15

Updated to v.0.46.3, still not showing up.

claude-3.7-sonnet-thinking and claude-3-7-sonnet-20250219
should work now.

I just checked after I saw the tweet and it’s indeed in there :slight_smile: I’m excited to try it out later today!

Didn’t even need to restart the app. Maybe it’s been there and I just didn’t notice. Either way, kudos to the team for shipping fast and probably working with Anthropic to make this happen!

Settings and scroll down in the Model section. Than press add model :slight_smile:

Fix on Mac!
→ First, look for any updates. Update to v.0.46.3.
→ Click “Cursor” in the upper left corner.
→ Quit Cursor.
→ Open the application agian.
→ It should be there.

But, I still can’t use the model? I have Pro with usage based pricing.

Worked just fine now. Just give it some time when selecting it for the first time.
