I’m writing this on behalf of the D2 Conference Committee. As long-time fans and heavy users of Cursor, we’ve been closely following how your team is redefining the boundaries of AI-native engineering.
A 20-Year Journey of Technology & Community
For those who may not know us, D2 (Designer & Developer Technology Conference) is one of the most historic developer summits in China. Originally founded by Taobao and led by the Alibaba Terminal Technology Committee, D2 has spent 20 years fostering an open, professional, and sustainable platform for technical exchange.
On March 21, 2025, we will celebrate our 20th Anniversary in Hangzhou. It is a milestone that marks not just our history, but a new starting point.
Theme: 「AI New」– A Call for Technical Dialogue
Our theme for this year is 「AI New」. We believe that “AI New” represents a paradigm shift where AI-driven innovation meets the human engineer’s passion for new frontiers.
We are incredibly impressed by Cursor’s technical and product design philosophy—especially your approach to context management, codebase indexing, and the intuitive AI-first UX. We believe your team has insights that the global developer community is hungry for.
Our Invitation for Technical Exchange:
We would be honored to invite the Cursor Engineering/Product team to participate in a deep technical exchange at D2.
