The link in the email goes to a domain customeriomail.com.
Decoding the Base 64 string shows JSON with an email id and link that will open Cursor on my machine. I see nothing in the UI or my dashboard on the website.
Is this a serious email and offer or a scam attempt?
It would be nice if there would be any message in Cursor showing that offer as well. Even if the email should be valid, it would be good to know if I can trust it. I really would prefer an in-app notification than a suspicious email.
