Hello, I am a Pro user of Cursor, and I am currently using the latest version. However, since the release of Cursor 4, I’ve noticed that after downgrading to Cursor 3.7, the performance is not as good as it used to be. Specifically, when making small changes to a code file of around 7,000 lines in Cursor 3.7, the modifications themselves are applied, but every time I make a change, the system unexpectedly deletes a large number of unrelated lines, usually several hundred. It’s worth noting that these deleted lines have no relation to the changes made; they are simply unrelated content that was originally present in the file.
In previous versions (especially before Cursor 4 was released), I didn’t encounter this issue, and the modification process was much more stable and accurate. I would like to know if other users have experienced similar issues and look forward to a response and improvement from the development team.
