Current Situation:

  1. For about a week now (since the update, perhaps), I have been unable to use Chat and Docs on both WSL2 and Windows on my main PC.
  2. Both gpt-4 and claude are inaccessible, but the issue does not lie with the API key itself (other applications can call with the same API key as usual).
  3. Regarding Docs, when entering @Docs in Chat, the list of docs does not appear—only “Add new doc” is displayed.
  4. On my other sub-PC, despite being unable to use Chat on WSL2, it functions well on Windows.
  5. Main PC Environment: Windows 11 Pro 23H2, cursor version: 0.35.1 x64, WSL2: Ubuntu 22.04.4 LTS
    Sub-PC Environment: Windows 11 Home 23H2, WSL2: Ubuntu 22.04.4 LTS
    Location: Japan

Troubleshooting Steps Taken:

  1. Complete removal of the editor including .cursor-server
  2. Changed permissions of .cursor-server/data and .cursor-server/extensions to 766
