Issue with Sign

I am experiencing an issue with the Cursor.ai desktop application on Windows. Despite being signed in on the Cursor.ai website successfully, the sign-in button within the desktop app is unresponsive and does not allow me to log in.

  1. Open the Cursor.ai desktop application on my Windows machine.
  2. Click on the “Sign In” button.
  3. Observe that the button does not respond, and I am unable to access the app.
  • I have cleared the app cache and tried restarting the application.
  • The issue persists despite multiple attempts to sign in.
  • My internet connection is stable, and I am able to access the Cursor.ai website without any issues.

Could you please investigate this issue? Any guidance on how to resolve this problem would be greatly appreciated.

Hey,

Sometimes browsers can misbehave and get in the way with our Sign In. We’ve seen this on some Chinese browsers mainly.

Can you try changing your default browser, and trying again? Hopefully this sorts things out for you!
