Issues with Model Performance (October 2023)

am experiencing serious issues with the performance of models 3.5 and 3.7. My cursor has been operating at the level of the model from October 2023 for the past two days. When I ask for the date of the last knowledge update, the model returns October 27, 2023.

I have noticed that:

  1. Both models (3.5 and 3.7) are unable to retain information between requests.

  2. The agent does not make changes on its own and shows very low performance.

  • This issue is occurring on multiple devices.

Please let me know how long this problem is expected to continue and if there is a possibility for resolution.
