Keyboard Shortcuts (Cmd/Ctrl+Shift+E) Not Working for AI Fix Options

In previous versions, hovering over a problem would show “AI Fix in Chat (Cmd+Shift+E)”. Now, in 0.43.5, it displays “fix in chat/fix in composer” but the shortcuts aren’t working. I can’t find any way to customize these shortcuts in settings.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Hover over a problem in code
2. Observe “fix in chat/fix in composer” option
3. Try Cmd+Shift+E - no response
4. Check settings for shortcut customization - not found

Has anyone else encountered this? Any solutions for restoring or remapping these shortcuts?
