Installed the latest yesterday. After a few minutes of editing code, it crashed with:

I am on the latest Ubuntu 24.04.1 LTS as of yesterday. Unable to run the appimage without --no-sandbox. Is that a related or different issue?
Seems like a different issue. --no-sandbox is required due to some security changes in the newest Ubuntu I think. And the crashes might be related to something else. In my case it was crashing when trying to authenticate with GitHub. VSCode had the same problem, but was fixed in the latest deb version. I reported my issue to the Cursor team, so hopefully they will port the fix from VSCode
It did crash again when I tried to push a few commits. Switched to my Mac to see if it goes any better.
