Describe the request
An essential factor in making changes in code using a cursor agent is to have the ability to select the files that are likely to be changed; this needs to be a hint where you choose from Hard(Must only edit these files), Soft (Focus on these files and tell me what others you changes) and Normal (as its currently is).
This would enable us to limit the blast radius of a pending code change to ensure that the code change scopt (blast radius) is limited.
