Lost cloud agent configuration?

I had a cloud agent set up. I wanted to explore more and I clicked ‘use dockerfile’. I cannot seem to find my snapshot anymore on my account.

Is it possible to recover the snapshot?

I now cannot get the cloud agent environment to build. Is there any way to debug this?

Hey, I see a screenshot with the error “Failed to create testing environment: Canceled” after 3 attempts.

About restoring the old snapshot, switching to a Dockerfile most likely overwrote the previous config. But I’ll pass the request to the team to double-check.

For the current environment creation error, can you share:

  • The contents of your Dockerfile that’s used for the cloud agent
  • The contents of .cursor/environment.json (if it exists)

Also let me know if you can recreate the environment using the UI flow (Cmd+Shift+P → “Cursor: Start Cloud Agent Setup”) instead of using a manual Dockerfile.

Hey Dean,

Thanks for the response. I was able to keep at it and switch back to the interactive cloud agent over the weekend. So I don’t have any of this information anymore.
