Notepads provide a comfortable area to design a prompt. I don’t get why most of AI UIs only provide a tiny plain-text only area for prompting; in that regards notepads are genius ! They deserve to go even further.
Allow the Markdown display for notepad (similar to .md).
The reason is that some notepads are very close to specification docs and some are very structured and deserve a nice display.
Some other features in that direction:
- possibility to display image with @ for context.
- commit some notepads to disk (as some serve as documentation - not all of them)
The counter argument could be that plain md files could do the jobs : not exactly because of the context injection with @ which is key in prompting
