MCP connection is unstable

When I turn on a one of MCP servers, configured by using an url (smithery), it works for a while and then become “red”, turns off giving an Error 400, when an agent tries to use it.
Then if I turn it off and turn on again it works, agent can work with it, but then after 2-3 minutes again become “red”.
So every time when I am going to use the MCP I need to turn off/on it to make it work.
Why does it happens? Can you add something like “relaunch” or “polling” MCP?

Ubuntu 22.04.5.
Cursor version is 1.0

It’s likely just a broken MCP implementation. I use and make MCPs w/ Cursor constantly and don’t have these issues unless the MCP server is broken.

i’m getting this or a similar error (400) for my mcp server as well as for a server I didn’t make. Seems like a cursor issue

yes. You were right. It was because my old node version. Thank you!

In the case it was my old node version. I have pointed a right path to my new node and it had worked
