After updating to versions 50.4 and 50.5, I can no longer access the “CURSOR MCP” Output window. Additionally, MCP functionality appears to be completely broken — none of the commands execute, and there is no feedback.
I attempted to downgrade to a previous version where everything was working correctly, but the system forces an automatic update, making it impossible to use the tool properly.
Please investigate this issue. I rely heavily on MCP features for my workflow, and this bug has made the tool unusable for me.
Hey, do you see any errors in the MCP settings? Also, open the Output panel, select MCP logs from the dropdown menu, and check the logs. Additionally, you can look at the DevTools panel to detect any errors.
I am still experiencing this issue and am currently using version 49.6 after downgrading.
The “Cursor MCP” does not appear at all in the Output window list.
