Bug Description:

The MCP service is displaying duplicates in the interface. As shown in the screenshot, both the duckduckgo-mcp-server and openrouterai projects are displayed twice with identical configurations.

Reproduction Steps:

1. Enable the MCP service.

2. Observe the list of MCP services displayed on the interface.

3. Notice that the same service is displayed twice.

Impact Level:

This issue does not completely prevent the use of Cursor, but it causes confusion in the interface, affecting user experience and potentially leading to user errors or misunderstandings.

Did you try clicking on Edit icon and does it show there the mcp entry twice?

no,in the mcp.json，it only show once.

Did restarting cursor help? might still have an old instance running
