At the time this post was written, it was announcing that some existing models (GPT 5.3, Opus 4.5/4.6) were being moved to Max Mode only for Team/Enterprise plans, on request-based pricing. Individual plans were affected differently (GPT 5.4 moved to Max Mode only when it was released, with no other existing models changed).
Since March, all new models have fallen under the same policy across both Team/Enterprise and Individual plans, using legacy pricing.
Today we fixed a bug where this policy wasn’t always being applied.
