Cursor IDE
Describe the Bug
After 24+ hours of idle time across two open windows, CPU usage spikes to 100% and available disk space drops drastically. A system reboot restores ~14 GB of free space.
Steps to Reproduce
- Keep two Cursor windows open for ~24 hours (one idle for 8 hours).
- Observe increasing CPU and I/O activity.
- Check disk space before and after reboot.
Expected Behavior
Cursor should not leak memory or fill temporary storage when idle and definitely not eat up 14GB+.
