Describe the Bug
Manu bar is only visible when title bar is set to custom. It doesn’t show up at all when it’s set to native. It is not visible, nor does it appear when Alt is pressed. This also invalidates the “Menu Bar Visibility” setting
Steps to Reproduce
Set title bar to native and try to open menu bar
Expected Behavior
Menu bar to be visible regardless, like it does in stock VS Code
Operating System
Linux

Additional Information
This is pretty awful, as “custom” title bar uses Windows sensibilities and doesn’t take into account that WM/DE already add decorations to window. Or, as is in my case, i don’t need the decorations altogether. As it stands, i have to choose between unnecessary title bar, or not being able to use the menu at all
Does this stop you from using Cursor
No - Cursor works, but with this issue
