At risk of being shamed, I would love to have a multiple agent chats like a messenger. This way I could segment the project into parts and have individual agents give responses representing their code portion. This would help significantly for context as each coding agent can use the cursor tools to reduce usage before adding to the main messenger. Judging by the other angry post about the background agent api usage this seems like a good idea.
No I’m not a skill developer and yes I absolutely just want to throw vague suggestions into the chat and see what it poops out. If the structure can be maintained without constant supervision then this idea seems ideal. I can literally throw bits and pieces at the cursor agent and it assembles everything for you. why would I bother with real programming at this point lol.
(Side note: I would love to add personality characteristics to my chat agents.)
