First off, the new dashboard update looks nice - the design is clean, modern, and feels polished. Great work on the visual overhaul!
However, I noticed that the “Days remaining until refresh” feature has disappeared from the dashboard. Previously, this gave us visibility into:
How many of our X monthly requests we’ve used
How many days until our usage counter resets
This was actually a really valuable feature for usage planning and knowing when we’re approaching our limits. Without it, I’m now flying blind on my usage patterns, which makes it harder to:
Pace my AI requests throughout the month
Know when to expect the refresh
Plan around potential usage limits
Feature Request: Could we get this usage tracking information back in the new dashboard? Even a simple progress bar or counter would be incredibly helpful.
The new dashboard is beautiful, but bringing back this practical feature would make it both nice looking, AND functional.
I have a temporary workaround: in the browser’s dev-tools network panel, find the GET request to https://www.cursor.com/api/usage?user=user_xxxxx. In the response, there is a property called startOfMonth, which is most likely the beginning of this month. By adding one month to that, you should get the end date.
I came to the forum to request this. I have some other suggestions too in order of importance to me:
Comparing (utilized requests)/n to (500 requests)/30 days (= 16) is literally the only reason I log into the dashboard. You’ve made this harder by replacing the number of days with the date of the last reset in the new dashboard. Now I have to compute the “n” in my head first so that I can figure out if I’m on pace for the month.
The analytics chart/graph allows me to filter to 1d, 7d and 30d. What’s most important to me is analytics since the last reset. Kindly add that to the list of possible filters. Perhaps the default filter?
Line Edits is not very useful or actionable for me (and I imagine most end users). I’d make to the Requests chart the first and default tab.
Getting to this forum from the dashboard had a bit of friction. Kindly return links to the forum, pricing page, and docs etc. from the dashboard too.
The dashboard now includes a “Last reset on: 10 of May 2025” which is something but not as clear as before when it confirmed you would get new requests on a specific date
