I have received this message during generation of code. What do I have to do?

Would be great to get all of the following information:
→ How frequently does this happen? Almost every two requests, etc?
→ OS and Cursor version
→ When did this start, exactly, as far as you can remember?
→ Are you using fast or slow requests?
→ Screenshot of your console logs when you try a request that fails (Open the command palette, usually with CMD/CTRL + SHIFT + P → Developer: Toggle Developer tools)
→ It happened yesterday at least two times during the day
→ OS Sequoia 15.4.1 - Cursor 0.48.9
→ It started to happen yesterday
→ Actually I’m using slow requests.
→ I have to say that after those errors I received a message to update Cursor. Now the new version is 0.49.4 and all history chats are empty, as I can see.
