My Claude 4 Sonnet Thinking Does Not Think

Hey, can you confirm if Claude 4 starts to think again in a new chat? I believe there is some underlying bug we are working to mitigate where we may get a non-thinking response from Claude (even with thinking selected) which then causes some issues.
