My Cursor cannot use any Mcp Tools

I don’t know since when, but my Cursor can’t use any mcp tools.

Today I installed context7 Dbhub and others, but couldn’t trigger any mcp usage.

What’s the issue here?

Hey, could you provide more details on what error you’re getting? Also, check the logs by going to the view → output, and in the dropdown menu, select MCP Logs. Please share them here.

Not sure what the issue was, I cleared mcp.json and then added items back one by one, after which it started working.

I am getting same issue -MCP tools are disabled, and this is the logs

Try clearing the packages cache:

macOS/Linux: ~/.npm/_npx
Windows: %LocalAppData%/npm-cache/_npx

Then restart Cursor.
