Need a comprehensive instructions on how to start Remote Tunnels Server on Cursor

I’ve tried following the VSCode’s instructions on how to start Remote Tunnels Server, but I couldn’t find a way to enable it. Running cursor tunnel results in the following error: spawn /Applications/Cursor.app/Contents/Resources/app/bin/cursor-tunnel ENOENT

What am I missing?

NOTE: I am on M1 Mac.
