Describe the Bug
after i upgrade to the latest 1.45, i found the codebase indexing just keeps running without making any progress at all. Help please!
Steps to Reproduce
upgrade from 0.5 to 1.45 and you will see the bug.
Expected Behavior
expect the codebase to smoothly indexing.

I try to restart, reinstall, and create new projects, none of this is working. and the indexing process just keep going without any progress.
