Not sure why there would be limitations for foreigners.
because luma details are written only in korean. thatโs why i was wondering if it is only for koreans
I think it would be best to contact the host directly if youโre interested in participating, as they didnโt mention any specific conditions for participation. The only concern might be the presenting in English will be allowed.
