With the latest plan update, it seems like free users can no longer access any Claude models, including Claude 3.5 and Sonnet. Instead, the platform now forces users to switch to GPT-4.1 or “Auto” models.
In my experience, Claude was the only model that consistently performed well, especially for reasoning and complex tasks.
Unfortunately, most of the alternatives don’t come close in terms of reliability or output quality.
Has anyone found a solid workaround or free tool that still gives access to Claude 3.5 or Sonnet?
