New weird symbols in Cyrillic comments

Describe the Bug

After last update started to randomly add/remove ?? symbols to Cyrillic comments. Previously I didn’t notice bugs like this

Randomly due code generation

Expected Behavior

There shouldn’t be any ?? in comments

Does this stop you from using Cursor

No - Cursor works, but with this issue

Hey, try adding this to your Cursor rules: “Always use UTF-8 encoding.” This should help.

Hi. Tried as you suggested - no luck. I also tried to ask AI write comments in English, but as you can see doesn’t work either.

It works for me. Try restarting Cursor and starting a new Composer.
