I was prompted an update to 0.45.9 which I installed, however I don’t see any changes in the log. Obviously better to fix first before writing, but just wondering.

This was explained so many times in the forum. They update the changelog once most users get the latest version as otherwise people keep asking for new version and where to download it. While this is not ideal, they are aware and are looking at alternative solutions.
Well, they are looking for that since … forever (a year?).
