then its just stuck like that

sam help me trough the mail, but everytime he told me we send the problems to our deveploment team, but nothing happend…
i still paid, and still have issues / problems
the bot just stuck / no changes made and loop and nothing happend.
i didnt use vpn
what can be the problem?
