found the solution:
i had many tasks in “htop” –> where .cursor-server is using lots of CPU computation.
now i excluded as many files as possible from the:
Cursor Settings –> Editor Settings –> and then here exclude in (“Search: Exclude” and in the “Watcher Exclude”) the biggest folders or better said the folder with many small files
This solved my problem
