This is frustrating! You get around it by undoing and copy+pasting, but the parser that plonks the code in seems to sometimes not recognise an ignored section, or think this comment should replace actual code.
Hey, this usually happens because the LLM does not output in the format we tell it to!
Does this still happen in a fresh Composer session?
