Where does the bug appear (feature/product)?

Describe the Bug

I used Ctrl+E function.

at cursor

Window A: Port 3900

Window B: Port 5773

Is it possible to open the @Browser function using a different port than another window?

When I opened 5773 in window B, window A automatically changed from 3900 to 5773.

Steps to Reproduce

in two windows
You can use the @browser function on each port to open a page.

Will it take a lot of time to solve it? In IDE mode, windows continue to open in new windows.
So I want to work with the agent window.
