Option to hide "Fix in Chat" buttons in tooltips

Describe the request

Currently, hovering a line with multiple errors causes multiple “Fix in Chat” buttons to appear. That’s pretty annoying (see the screenshot).

I would like to disable that button altogether and get the same behavior as in VS Code:

That’s a lot more cleaner and easier to read.
