I believe this is a remnant from early versions of Cursor, when GPT-4 was the only available code model. Currently, many actions still display “Accept GPT-4 Suggestion,” etc. However, Cursor now supports many more models beyond just GPT-4. It might be worth considering renaming these actions to something like “Accept LLM Suggestion” or “Accept Model Suggestion.”

I think Cursor doe not modify shortcuts past a certain older version. As they seem not to apply to current version could you remove them as a temporary fix.
Not sure from which version they came in as I dont have them in my last versions (0.44-0.48)
