Describe the Bug
I am a paying customer and my account is blocked for 2+ weeks. I have sent an email a week ago and haven’t heard back. Its ■■■■■■ that you have this public forum as the only option to reach support besides an email which is probably a black hole.
I need a resolution in the next 48hrs otherwise I am reporting you to the BBB and filing a chargeback.
Steps to Reproduce
Login with my credentials and I get “Authorization blocked, contact your admin”. Mine is an individual paid account.
