Premium requests: what is fast and what is slow
Fast is like priority, so instantly, Slow is a different pool, but honestly, i use thousands of requests per week and its still as fast as ‘premium’ requests.

@ViezeVingertjes got the gist of it, but just to be clear:
When using premium models like Claude, your fast allowance ensures that those requests are completed instantly, as soon as you request them. If your fast allowance is used up, your requests go to a slow pull, which is a set of infrastructure that is fixed regardless of how many users are trying to use it.
Your usage in the slow pool is unlimited, but if you attempt to use it at a time of very high demand from other users, you may find your query is put in a queue and you have to wait sometime before your request is processed.
