Pro plan for commercial projects?

Is the Pro plan eligible for commercial use? Or do i have to purchase the business plan to develop commercial software with cursor?

In the licensing agreement popping up before the installation there is this paragraph stating that it’s for personal use only.

1.2 Limited License
Subject to this Agreement, you are hereby granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and freely revocable license to install and use the executable form of the Software made available by Cursor solely for your personal use only, and strictly as permitted by the features of the Software. Cursor may terminate this license at any time for any reason or no reason. Cursor reserves all rights not expressly granted herein in the Software.

All the codes you create belong to you personally, and you can dispose of them at will. Whether for commercial use, open - sourcing, selling or transferring, the ownership is yours. Cursor has no control over how you use the codes. Here, it is to remind that the client tool belongs to their company.

Thank you for your reply. Is this an official statement of the company providing Cursor? Could you point me to any documentation stating this? Thank you very much!
