Hey, this is a known issue with request routing to the provider. Sometimes the provider returns an error, and the system doesn’t automatically switch to the backup.

Two workarounds:

  • Just retry the request. It usually works on the second or third try.
  • If it keeps happening a lot, try switching temporarily to Claude 4.6 Sonnet or GPT-5.
