Was working inside the agent window for a while and then all of a sudden I just get “We’re having trouble connecting to the model provider. This might be temporary - please try again in a moment.” no matter what the input is.
I tried exiting and re-launching Cursor, same response. I have not hit my monthly limit either and it’s been like this for a bit now. Anyone else?
I’ve tried a bunch (Auto, Opus 4.7, Compser 2 Fast, etc.)

Hey, this is a known issue. The image data in this chat history got corrupted, and now every new message tries to resend it, which triggers a provider error.
Workaround: start a new chat with Ctrl+N. Unfortunately, this chat can’t be recovered, but a new chat should work normally.
The team is aware. Let me know if it happens again in the new chat.
