Pulsing Yellow Dot in Agent Composer Terminal Commands

Some times when I am running Agent mode with YOLO enabled, I will see a terminal command with a pulsing yellow dot in the corner like this:

What does this dot mean?

Despite being in Agent mode with YOLO enabled, do I need to click ‘Run command’ when I see this? Is the agent stuck? I do see ‘Generating …’ at the bottom of the Composer pane.

Hey, this is a progress indicator waiting for user action. You need to press the “Run command” button in this case.

Adding hover tool-tips for why it’s asking for user invocation would be nifty
