Hey. There’s no UI bug here, and it’s not a regional restriction. The referral program was discontinued. The reason the feature is available on some accounts but not visible on others is:
- While the program was active, it required an active paid plan with billing history, so the referral tab didn’t show up on Free accounts.
- The program is now closed for everyone. This isn’t a temporary shutdown, and we haven’t announced a return yet, so I can’t promise it’ll come back.
- Any credits you already earned will stay on your account.
