Remote SSH connection resets all over - work is impossible

Describe the Bug

SSH Remote connection resets frequently - Cursor is unusable.

Steps to Reproduce

Connect to remote via SSH (both via Anysphere and VS remote). After a few minutes orange label in status bar appears “Pty host” with a tooltip “The connection to the terminal’s pty host process is unresponsive, terminals may stop working…”. Than starts reconnecting and after 2 successful trials (but still pty hosts warning) fails to reconnect and process chat prompts.

Expected Behavior

Work with remote connection.

Hi @Code_Ten, could you try opening a smaller folder, or using a multi-root workspace, in Cursor? Larger folders are more resource intensive, which could be causing this issue.

We also have a few improvements to the indexing process that should ship later this week. This will reduce the resource utilization on the remote host.
