Rename F2 not working

Hi, trying to rename a variable using F2. But nothing happens. Keyboard shortcuts seem setup the way I’d expect them. any clues?

Is that a common key shortcut for rename in vscode? my vanilla cursor does not have it

I’m stuck with this too. It appears correctly in the keyboard shortcuts menu, and rebinding it to something else doesn’t work.

This is still an issue. What is odd with my settings? Freshly installed cursor on win11.

F2 renames files ok, but nothing happens when I press it in editor to rename a variable or symbol as it’s called in the settings file.
