Hit Ctrl+F when an Agent Chat transcript window is focussed to be able to search the chat.
why? because i also dont remember everything and want to search specific details from the chat that i might want for [insert anything].
current workaround exists, but is annoying:
export transcript > save somewhere > open as file > ctrl+f
