"Resets" Date/Time Ambiguous

In the IDE, within the usage limits popup/area - it details when your usage resets:

“Resets Aug 25, 2025”

To me, this is ambiguous - I expected to find it had reset by the morning of the 25th - but that doesn’t seem to be the case. Similar to how you had been explicit about the gpt5 free use window, I’d suggest adding a time (for us usage hungry clock watchers):

Resets Aug 25, 2025 at 23:59 PT

Or something of the sort.

Perhaps I was wrong - my usage just randomly cleared itself at approx 7:30AM PT (today, the 25th) - even more confusing…
