The functionality of “Resume” a conversation never works; when I click the “Resume” button, the error always appears again.

Yup, I am having the same issue. It looks like there may just be some sort of outage but I am not seeing anything on the status page yet.
if you say “Please continue” it continues for a while, but it will crash again

The new Anthropic model is unusable, the error keeps coming up all the time.
