Task resume to Grok and Composer non-fast redirects to fast variants

Steps to Reproduce

Ask Agent to call pre-configured Subagents with First-Party Models, and then call a resume to each of them.

  • model: composer-2.5[fast=false]
  • model: grok-4.5[effort=high,fast=false]

However, the bug that caused a complete model change has been fixed.
