I will get Review changes appended to messages that show old file changes that I believe I rejected within the context of a subsequent message.
When clicked this will open a diffs view that has no clear way on how to accept, reject, or remove it.
It would be great to add some management options to whatever this is as I don’t find it useful to continue to be carried around in context, and its confusing as it isn’t relevant at this point to the state of the chat.
